In August 2020, our company participated in the school-enterprise cooperation project with Zhejiang University of Technology. The project aimed to help students with employment, improve their competitiveness in the job market, instill a strong sense of professionalism, and enhance their theoretical knowledge. This not only enriched the students' cultural background but also enhanced their solid professional skills. At the same time, it allowed our company to gain a detailed understanding of the talent requirements in the industry and provided us with insights for our company's development plan. Both parties engaged in discussions and exchanges regarding school-enterprise cooperation, with the principles of complementary advantages, resource sharing, and mutual benefit. We hope to achieve win-win cooperation in talent cultivation, industry-academia collaboration, and outcome transformation.
