In order to actively promote the "cultural development" activities and cultivate a workforce that is dedicated, innovative, united, and cooperative, efforts are being made to enhance the enthusiasm of employees in their work.
In August 2020, our company organized a team building trip for employees to Mount Luofu in Huizhou. With an elevation of 1,296 meters, the trip included a mountain climbing activity.
The main purpose of this team building activity was to create an effective communication and exchange environment for employees through experiential activities. It aimed to provide employees with a joyful and natural learning experience, allowing them to learn through experience and undergo personal growth. The goal was to enhance the cohesion and unity within the company by fostering mutual understanding and acceptance among employees, as well as building trust among them. By doing so, it aimed to strengthen the relationships between individuals and transform them into a closely-knit collective, where the team quickly becomes like one person
