The D41D high-coded non-contact door switch launched by Omron uses RFID technology, has strong anti-tampering capabilities, complies with international safety standards, is suitable for industrial safety door monitoring, and combines high security and flexible installation.
To prevent industrial safety accidents caused by human error, safety components must be used correctly to ensure that they play their due protective role.
In reality, some accidents are caused by intentional bypassing or tampering with safety guards or interlocks, even though these accidents were completely avoidable. Given the frequent occurrence of such problems in many countries and regions around the world, relevant regulations and standards are gradually strengthening tampering prevention requirements. Currently, many countries have adopted the EN ISO 14119:2013 standard, which clearly stipulates the measures to be taken to reduce the risk of interlock failures and is gradually becoming an internationally accepted safety specification.

Reduce the Risk of Interlock Failure and Ensure Safe Production Site

Omron D41D-A1 Installed on Revolving Door
Flexible compatibility with a variety of protection structures
Whether it is aluminum profiles, glass doors, or rotatable and sliding protection devices, the device can be easily adapted. The compact body and diversified actuators support efficient installation in small spaces.
Simplified commissioning and intelligent diagnosis
With the teaching function, device pairing can be completed in just 30 seconds; the three-color LED indicator provides up to 11 status displays for fast fault identification and system debugging.
Supports serial connection to save wiring costs
Up to 30 devices can be connected in series, still maintaining the highest performance level (PL e), effectively reducing system complexity and wiring workload.
Excellent anti-tampering performance
Equipped with advanced RFID encoding technology, it greatly reduces the risk of human error and device bypassing, and improves the level of safety protection.
Tolerant misalignment detection capability
It can still operate reliably when the actuator alignment error is large, supports front and side driving directions, has strong adaptability and a wide detection range.
